Please take a few moments before posting to review the rules.

Welcome To Free-Spirit. All Visitors who participate and use the Forums are expected to read and agree to  forum rules.

These Rules are applied to all Forums. In addition, individual Forums have rules for each section which are expected to be abided by. Visitors are expected to refer to those Rules also and agree to comply before participating in the Forum.

1. You must have a registered account to participate on this forum.

2. A valid email address is required so please be advised that if you do not provide a valid email address, and you violate any forum rules, your account will be deleted. Email is our only contact to you. Those without a valid posted email address do NOT have the same rights as members who do post their email addresses. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address you provide continues to work; if we attempt to contact you and the email is returned, your account will be suspended or removed.

3. Privacy - The information collected during the registration process for the Free-Spirit Forums is used to    contact members in the event of a Forum rule violation. It can also be used to prevent banned users from re-      registering under a different username. The email address will only be seen by moderators and    adminstrators if the "Hide Email Address?" option is set to yes.

Every forum user's IP address is logged whenever they post in the Free-Spirit Forums. This information is used if it becomes necessary to ban a user. The IP address can only be seen by administrators and moderators.

4. 'Bumping' posts, or anything similar, are not allowed and will be deleted without notice.

5. Keep Discussions On Topic Don't divert threads discussing issues not related to the thread. Please keep chit chat in appropriate areas. If you feel it relevant please start a new discussion and link to the discussion. Off topic posts will be deleted or closed if they get out of hand.

6. Posts are to be made in the relevant forum. Users are asked to read the forum descriptions before posting. NO Referral URL's are to be posted in forum except in desiignated areas.

7. Do A Search  Before Posting Use the forum search function  [located at top of the forum] to find if a topic has already been started before starting a thread. This keeps from cluttering the forum with the same questions, answers and topics.

8. Please respect others views You do not have to agree with other's but insults, vulgarity, name calling, rudeness, harrassment or stalking of members/Moderators/Admin will not be tolerated.

9. Spamming is not allowed. Please post advertising in appropriate sections. If you are found to be spamming you will receive a warning. 3 Warnings and your account will be suspended. Do not advertise other forums or sites accept in appopriate areas. If you signed up just to spam the forum your posts will be deleted. Please understand this forum is for interaction, information and fun. Not for Spamming. Scam Sites, Other Forums or inappropriate material will be deleted

10. Do not post messages that are inflammatory, deragory, rude, incoherent, or otherwise inappropriate. Do not engage in disruptive, or trolling behavior. The moderators and administrators work very hard to enforce some standards regarding what content is appropriate. But please remember that this is a diverse community that includes a broad range of opinion. We reserve the right to delete memberships for any reason with or without prior warning.

11. Copyrights: Do not copy-and-paste entire articles onto this discussion forum. When referencing copyrighted work, post a short excerpt (not exceeding 4 paragraphs) with a link back to the original.

12. 1 Account per member, No Annon Accounts. Do not signup with multiple accounts, Members are expected to use a legitimate ip. No Annon IP's. Members found with duplicate accounts, impersonating another member, or using an annon account will be deleted.

13. Do not use inappropriate avatars, custom titles or signatures. Using any of these site provisions to show sexually suggestive/blatant sexual imagery or text, profanity, religious, social or personal slandering is grounds for termination

14. Personal Information Please do not post personal information on the forum. ie. Another members address, name or other personal information. If it is posted the information will be removed and the person posting will receive a warning.

15. The opinions and comments expressed in the posts written by our members are the responsiblity of the individual member. The Free-Spirit Forum assumes no responsibility of the content expressed or implied by its membership

16.  Forum rules & guidelines are not up for debate. This is not a democracy, but rather a private forum. Anyone openly debating the rules we have set in place will be removed.

17. Disputes, Problems, Reporting Spam. If you have a dispute, problem or would like to report a problem or spam please do not post in the forum but send a private message to a moderator or Administrator. Posting publically just causes more problems. Contacting an Admin or Moderator privately helps resolve issues much quicker.

18. Avatars (uploaded or linked) are allowed, but limited to the following conditions:

Type: .gif, .jpeg, .jpg
File size: 30 KB max
Dimensions: 100w x 100h max
Dynamic images are NOT allowed
Compliance with all other set forum rules.
Although animated images are acceptable, please be aware that some people are turned off by extremely active or repetitive animations. You may be asked to alter or remove animated images that people find offensive.

19. Signature (Text and Images)

Text Only signatures :
A maximum of 5 single spaced lines of text. (A line = the width of the SIG text input box.)
If images are used in the signature please follow the following guidelines:
Images must abide by Rule 15.
A maximum of 1 single-spaced lines of text. (A line = the width of the SIG text input box.)
with a 468w X 60h Banner is allowed not to exceed 30KB.
Size Tags are not allowed. Multiple Images are allowed but must meet the banner size and not
exceed 30K in size.

20. Support Folders Members of Programs in our Company Support section might be required to contact the Program for permissions to join their support folder. If this is the case please send a pm to the individual owner to request permission. If you are a Representative or Company wanting a support folder please send a private message to admin here with your company name, your name and position and information pertaining to your program.
