Post Don't buy advertising from Fishing4mails!

I purchased a top sponsor ad at fishing4mails.com on July 9th and immediately received via email a notice they had received my ad and it would be processed in 24 hours. I had requested ad stats. The top sponsor ad was 5 lines for 7 days.

On the 13th I had not heard anything or received ad stats so I went to the site and used the contact form to inquire on what had happened to my ad and my stats. He writes me back and tells me the ad has x amount of clicks and expires on July 14th.

I wrote back and politely ask for ad stats or a advertiser account with login. and password and was responded to that only members were privy to ad stats on the site.

I then wrote back and stated the site was a cc script there was no reason not to set up an advertiser account or send me a link with ad stats. I got a reply back which was just plain garbage.

They told me that cc advertiser accounts caused security issues for advertisers and members

CC scripts have DoS issues as well as serious flaws regarding security.  We've found it is just better for all concerned to disallow advertisers from access areas that members access and open communications via with every member and advertiser.  It keeps us busy but connected.

I was told they would be happy to provide me with info via email but no ad stats? HUH?
They never did reply to my question of why the ad was only running 5 days rather then 7.

Just a heads up all. Do not purchase advertising from this site. As far as I am concerned they stole my money and never ran my ad. Even if they did run my ad I have no proof they did but the owners word and some stats that could have been made up.  This is a load of you know what to tell me there is security issues with CC. I have never had an issue providing stats to outside advertisers. And what are they hiding they dont want advertisers to see?
